Project Production

(1) The production department prioritizes production according to order requirements to ensure delivery.

(2) Wanzhi Steel consistently utilizes a fully automated color-coating production line to precisely control coating thickness and uniformity.

(3) Strictly controlling the baking oven temperature and speed ensures complete curing of the PVDF coating for optimal performance.

Production steps:

• Substrate pretreatment: Aluminum coil cleaning, degreasing, and chemical conversion.
• Primer application: Roller-apply epoxy/polyester primer, high-temperature curing.
• Spray topcoat: Apply base coat (such as wood grain base color) and re-cure.
• Wood grain transfer: Apply wood grain transfer paper and high-temperature bake to allow the pattern to penetrate and cure.
• Overcoat: Roller-apply clear varnish (for scratch and weather resistance), final curing.
• Cooling and rewinding: After cooling, rewind the coil and inspect for color difference, adhesion, and other indicators.

Quality Inspection

(1) Full-Process Quality Inspection: Multiple inspections are conducted from raw material receipt to finished product shipment.

(2) Key inspection items include coating thickness measurement, color difference comparison, T-bend testing, hardness testing, and salt spray resistance testing.

(3) All product specifications are ensured to meet ASTM International standards and customer requirements.

Project Packaging

We utilize export-standard “full-protection” packaging:

(1) Inner Liner: Core with corner protectors, wrapped with inner film for moisture-proofing.

(2) Outer Liner: Strapped with high-strength steel strapping and wrapped with waterproof and moisture-proof paper.

(3) Wooden Pallet: All aluminum coils are secured to a sturdy wooden pallet to prevent shifting during transport.

(4) Clear shipping labels are affixed to the outside of the packaging, indicating product information, coil number, dimensions, and lifting direction.
